Meeting Canary is a SaaS cloud-hosted product to deliver insights and efficiency for online meetings. Using state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Meeting Canary bot is trained to alert meeting participants to behaviors and events which, if improved, would enhance meeting outcomes and deliver shorter, more productive online meetings.

Meeting Canary is a visual, animated presence during meetings and displays changing behaviours depending on what is happening during the meeting. As well as the Canary, a side bar is provided, which gives real-time insights during the meeting – including measures such as Focus, Inclusion, Respect and Energy (the FiRE metrics) as well as cost of the meeting, who is speaking the most, the relationships between participants and even access to the last meeting summary and action points.

Post meeting, Meeting Canary offers detailed data-led insights into what happened during the conversation, who spoke when, what took place and can even visualise the sentiment of the meeting. Meeting Canary can also provide a text abstract of the meeting and highlight the action points made.
